Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for a reason. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. We aim to provide accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. In the event that an item is mis-priced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If you have a item that doesn’t fit you, you have 10 working days to return the item and the whole box.We can only accept complete returns, with all products intact and unopened within the original gift box and mailing box.

C) Reason for returning the item

D) Exchange
